We've seen a rash of spider mite infestation on Burning Bushes over the last 7-10 days.  Be on the look out for discoloring of your burning bushes.  If you notice the foliage starting to turn red or an off green color, you may need to take a closer look.  The best way to test for mites is the white paper test.  Hold a white peice of paper under the foliage and give it a shake.  Inspect the paper for small mites that are about the size of ground pepper.  It is recommended to use an miticide that controls both the eggs and adults.  Call us if you have any questions.
