Rodent Armor Program
Rodents like mice and rats can carry disease, damage your home’s physical structure, and gnaw into electrical wires and utility cables. These pests can be a nightmare. If you suspect you have a rodent problem, you need to act fast.
If the home or building has an infestation indoors, we also offer a customized treatment plan to target your specific issues. This includes customizable timing, control methods, as well as rodent exclusion options.

Aspen Lawn & Pest Control’s Rodent Armor Program quickly and effectively reduces the rodent population on your property without endangering your children or pets.
Our Rodent Armor Program Includes:

Moles and Voles
Moles and voles can wreak havoc seemingly overnight. If you start seeing raised ridges crossing your yard, mounds of dirt, or notice areas of loose soil under your feet, call us to inspect immediately.
Mole Control Program
This program is intended to eliminate moles that are destroying your property. A technician will assess your situation. He will probe all mole runs and excavation tunnels. He will bait all active tunnels with bait. Bait is a non-secondary poison. The technician will return in 20-25 days to assess the property and use more bait if needed.
Vole Control
This program is intended to eliminate voles that are destroying your property. A technician will assess your situation. He will locate all active vole runs and bait with a vegetable-based bait that will eliminate the voles. The technician will return in 20-25 days to assess the property and bait more if needed.
Yard Armor Program
Mosquitoes, fleas, ticks, and chiggers don’t just ruin your time outdoors—they can pose serious health risks to your family and pets. Aspen’s Yard Armor program is designed to protect your outdoor spaces from these pests with targeted treatments that reduce existing populations and prevent new ones from emerging. Our mosquito control service uses a professional fogging method to reach hidden breeding grounds under decks, in tall grass, and around dense landscaping. Treatments are performed monthly from May through September, with optional service from April to October, and green alternatives are available.
For fleas, ticks, and chiggers, we treat your entire lawn and landscape every other month during the growing season to ensure wall-to-wall coverage. These treatments help prevent the spread of harmful diseases like Lyme disease and Rocky Mountain spotted fever. Yard Armor is a powerful and proactive way to make your yard safer, more enjoyable, and pest-free—so your pets, kids, and guests can enjoy every season outside.

Mosquitos
Mosquitos can bring any outdoor gathering, celebration, or your kids’ play time to a grinding halt. Not only that, mosquitos can carry dangerous diseases like the Zika Virus and wreak havoc on your skin with irritating bites.
As part of Aspen’s Yard Armor Program, our mosquito control service targets these biting pests with professional treatments that reduce populations and prevent future outbreaks. We use a fogging treatment that covers large outdoor areas—including under decks, tall grass, and dense bushes—to eliminate mosquitoes and their eggs in hard-to-reach places.
Treatments are performed monthly from May to September, with optional service from April through October depending on seasonal conditions. This service also helps reduce the risk of mosquito-borne illnesses like West Nile Virus and Dengue Fever. If you want your yard to be a safe, enjoyable space for your family and pets, Yard Armor is the solution.
Our Mosquito Control Program:
We treat monthly throughout the mosquito season to keep mosquito populations at bay.
Fleas and Ticks
Beyond being just a nuisance, fleas and ticks carry a host of diseases that can affect people and pets alike. Lyme disease, Rocky Mountain spotted fever, and ehrlichiosis are some of the most common diseases transferred through tick bites.
Flea, Tick, and Chigger Program:
We treat every other month throughout the growing season to suppress and eliminate populations of pesky fleas, ticks, and chiggers.
Please note: our Flea, Tick, and Chigger program does not replace the need to treat your pets with flea and tick medication. It is still strongly recommended to continue treating your pet with flea and tick medication to ensure they are protected if/when they are not on your property.
